We’re looking for several key individuals to grow our team and deliver solid results from the beginning. We’re looking for motivated, energetic individuals that can hit the ground running and immediately start delivering value for our clients and our team. This position requires enthusiastic, optimistic individuals who are well spoken, team players.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

This position conducts sales and marketing on behalf of our clients. This position is set in a competitive and fast-paced environment that offers unlimited potential and growth. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for, at the direction of management, executing targeted marketing and sales campaigns, supporting these campaigns for clients in a variety of industries across the United States.

  • All Client Marketing Reps may take advantage of our no seniority policy and advance into an office management position as quickly as they can show capabilities of running a branch or client account
  • At the direction of Management, implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts
  • Prepare marketing and advertising tactics, plans and objectives
  • Plan and organize promotional presentations
  • Manage and update calendars
  • Prepare marketing analytics reports using sources like Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools and Adwords
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with management and clients, inventorying stock, requesting orders
  • Support Sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses and new product information
  • Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product/services characteristics, market share, pricing and advertising; maintain research files
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications
  • Accomplish organization and department goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
  • Explore new opportunities to add value to the client organization
  • Respond to questions and requests in a personable, professional manner
  • Data entry and maintenances of client’s lead information in corporate CRM tool
  • Be able to present cohesive, actionable feedback to management
  • Must be a “team player,” willing to help, coach and mentor other employees as needed and as appropriate
  • Maintain records of telephone interactions, appointments and accounts
  • Obtain contact details of leads from sources, including telephone directories and purchased lists
  • Conduct customer and marketing surveys
  • Present a professional demeanor both in-person and over the phone; one that always communicates the Royale Class values of trust, dependability and integrity to the other party
  • Reps are responsible for maintaining company accounts of our clients and handing campaign and marketing strategies.

Education & Experience: 

  • Training is provided.
  • Some college, plus 1-3 years experience in market-facing role, such as marketing, sales, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Proficient with web-based tools, experience with SalesForce, Dynamics, Zoho CRM, Sugar CRM or other web-based CRM tools preferred
  • Excellent data entry/keyboarding skills Understand basic marketing strategies and tactics
