Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for performing cold-visits to prospective client sites to educate the prospect about Royale Class and our products and services.

  • Cold visits to client sites
  • Work trade-show booth, as required
  • Represent the Company and the Royale Class Values of trust, dependability and integrity, during and after the sales process
  • Collect data on client needs and/or design specifications
  • Effectively plan and conduct sales presentations for current and prospective customers
  • Design professional demonstrations or presentations of company products and services
  • Provides clarification on how Royale Class can meet their specific requirements
  • Utilizes time in the field pursuing leads, servicing accounts and gathering market intelligence on opportunities and competitors
  • Leverage trade resources, contacts and influencers to help attract profitable business
  • Enhance knowledge of sales techniques
  • Expands knowledge of products and industries by attending Company-sponsored training programs.
  • Attends conferences, trade-shows and meetings of professional organizations to expand familiarity with the industry and new products
  • Carries out other duties, including cold calls, as assigned

Education & Experience: 

  • 1-3 years experience working in a market-facing position, such as sales, customer service, etc.
  • Candidate must be able to learn the tools and platforms used by Royale Class in order to answer simple client inquiries quickly and efficiently
  • Candidate must be willing to work in a client-focused environment that is fast paced and challenging
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, and other Company and discipline-specific software applications
  • Proficient with web-based tools, experience with SalesForce, Dynamics, Zoho CRM, Sugar CRM or other web-based CRM tools preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record a must
