Our very successful, New York City-based organization has recently opened a brand new office in Rochester, NY and we are ready to take Rochester by storm. We’re looking for several key individuals (to work from Rochester, or Brooklyn) to grow our team and deliver solid results from the beginning. This position requires enthusiastic, optimistic individuals who are well spoken, team players.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

 

This position is responsible for end-to-end client support. The client base that is serviced consists of a variety of individuals, each with unique needs and each require differing levels of support. This position will be responsible for client education, client support, platform troubleshooting and product support. The candidate will be expected to work as a liaison to Marketing and Sales, Back Office and other departments to ensure resolution to all customer requests and issues in a timely fashion.

  • Resolve client inquiries via email and phone
  • Work in a team oriented environment
  • Client education
  • Account maintenance and management (historical transaction inquiries, review of commissions, update of account parameters, review of incoming and outgoing transactions, etc.)
  • Software support
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and interactive environment
  • Maintain a positive representation of professionalism, courtesy and developing a track record of exceeding client’s expectations

 

Education & Experience: 

 

  • B.S. degree in business, marketing or related discipline, plus 1-3 years experience working in a market-facing position, such as sales, customer service, etc.
  • Candidate must be able to learn the tools and platforms used by Royale Class in order to answer simple client inquiries quickly and efficiently
  • Candidate must be willing to work in a client-focused environment that is fast paced and challenging
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, and other Company and discipline-specific software applications
  • Proficient with web-based tools, experience with SalesForce, Dynamics, Zoho CRM, Sugar CRM or other web-based CRM tools preferred
